01

What is actually running

Measured in production. A bar is drawn only where there is a denominator to draw it against.

  • Reach

    180–190Kmonthly unique users

Across the Bakcell and Nar assistants. It is a range because it moves month to month, and the range is the honest form.

  • Self-service

85%of conversations finish without a human

The other 15% reach an agent with the context already gathered, which is the half nobody reports.

  • Hallucination rate

    ~4%of sampled answers

Held there deliberately: a weekly regression set, a scoring rubric, and a rule that anything unresolved goes to a human rather than a guess.

  • Portfolio

6+enterprise AI products owned in parallel

Which means most of the job is sequencing, and saying out loud what slips.

02

How I work

  • AI product strategy

I decide where a model earns its place and where it does not. In 2026 the value is in narrow, measured steps inside a process someone already owns — not in a chat box bolted onto a homepage.

  • Evaluation and quality

I build the loop that tells you the model got worse this week, before a customer does. A rubric, a weekly regression set, and a refusal path that is treated as a correct answer rather than a failure.

  • Delivery at portfolio scale

Six products in parallel is mostly a sequencing problem. I run the order, name what slips, and keep the thing that unblocks four others at the front.

03

Selected work

The five are being written up one at a time. Each goes out when its numbers have been checked, not before.

The diagnostic

What kind of builder are you?

Eight questions, two minutes. You get a spectrum across six ways of building — and the one type of person you should go and find.

About

I run AI product at Azerconnect, where two carrier assistants now handle most of what used to reach a call centre. I co-founded BILIXHUB, where I am CEO and CTO in the way small companies mean it — I am also the person who fixes the build. I teach product and project management at LTC Lab in Baku, mostly to people moving from delivery into product, which is the move I made myself.

Now

I am Senior Product Owner for AI Solutions at Azerconnect, where I own the AI products behind Bakcell and Nar. The two assistants serve 180–190K unique people a month, finish 85% of conversations without a human, and hold a hallucination rate of about 4% — held there by a weekly regression set, a scoring rubric, and a rule that anything unresolved goes to a person rather than a guess.

Six or more enterprise AI products run in parallel, which means most of the job is sequencing and saying out loud what slips.

BILIXHUB

I co-founded BILIXHUB and am its CEO and CTO in the way small companies mean it: I set the direction and I also fix the build.

Teaching

I teach product and project management at LTC Lab in Baku, mostly to people moving from delivery into product — the move I made myself.
